Accelerated Technology Business Planning – Often requested by our customers when technology use expectations within the senior executive rank is running high and the Information Technology department (or an area within the department) is expected to deliver a “breakthrough” IT plan. This planning processes includes a “breakthrough” ideation process and the development of a multi-year IT plan to position a business to increase revenues, decrease costs and provide for competitive advantages. From start to finish, this action plan typically takes around 6 weeks to develop.

Data Center Consolidations – Often provides a great way to reduce costs and improve 24x7 coverage after a set of acquisitions or a major expansion. Using our Data Center Consolidation Methodology, provides a straightforward way to consolidate many company data centers into just 2 or 3.
